Land Management (Scotland) Ltd presently manages or acts as consultants for over 100,000 acres in Angus, Perthshire and the North East of Scotland. Our portfolio of clients includes large arable interests as well as extensive upland operations. With approximately 400 properties currently under our management we believe we have developed a very efficient system of managing residential property. Routine property maintenance, full refurbishments and new buildings, renovations and conversions are all areas in which we have extensive experience. We also offer a professional sales and purchasing service to ensure the efficient handling of any additions to or disposals from a client's existing property portfolio.

Financial Management and Staff Related Matters

All estate and farm records are maintained and updated routinely. We operate a computerized book keeping system and our team is expert in all aspects of this area including VAT, payroll and generation of advanced accounts for passing to the client’s accountant. Where this function is already being carried out by another party we are able to work closely and productively with them to ensure full integration of all the components of your business. Your staff is one of the most important parts of your business and we offer a recruitment service as well as comprehensive advice on how to manage your Health & Safety responsibilities.
